Ben Dillon started his career in the healthcare industry over a decade ago and has had a passion for serving his community ever since. Ben saw firsthand with his own grandparents the overwhelming need for exceptional caregivers with the ability to provide compassionate support to our aging population. “I don’t look at what I do as a job. Matching the best caregiver with our clients and being able to provide the high-quality care that we do is so rewarding. We don’t just provide a service- we truly impact and improve lives.” Since starting his healthcare career, Ben has served in various positions throughout the Midwest including Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Executive Director, and Director of Operations. Ben is honored to be a part of SHC and is committed to the organization’s mission to create active and engaged lives through exceptional care.
